Lol this uses the asset from.. shit.. I wish I could remember the game that uses it.. Dungeon Knight? No.. It's one of those VR roguelikes. It uses that same little wizard guy as the little dude who pops up now and then to talk to you. And this dev went and paid someone on fiverr to draw it for his game cover it looks like.. LOL.
