the setup is stuck in Installing Add.SW... is there a fix for this type of problem??

your awesome man, just thank you so much i wanted to buy the game but have no cd tray on my laptop and couldnt find it anywhere to buy digitally! thank you so much this is the only chapter of lost ive never experienced!
