It's like a Fire Emblem game, with romance and gifts, the combat is very similar as well. If you liked Fire Emblem this is probably worth a try. I really like these games with tactical gameplay, get to know your companions and romances. Gonna have to try it out.

i did something like this, right click Lost eidolon shortcut on the game folder, go to shortcut tab and under Target add ' -pcplatform steam' without the apostrophe. it would look like this LostEidolons\losteidolons.exe -pcplatform steam Apply and save. give it a try it worked for me. make sure you add ' -pcplatform steam' correctly

so far from what I played there been no issues with amount of turns, the only issue so far I had was the "ally can't be defeated" -> ally proceeds to charge reckless in this 1 battle. (Though again its just a so far, and from what little I read; I don't like it either, but it does not seem type that is demanding perfection or else failure).
The Big thing I agreee with people on though is how it handles rapport (affinity) and too limited side stuff (which affects rapport+items+leveling)
--Hint make sure you check late classes you want earlier on, so you can build the requirements else you will be a civilian fighting Giants late game trying to get them. -Hint You can cheat leadership with editor/maybe engine along with money, but even then not enough but helps.

- Right click LostEidolons.exe create shortcut
- On LostEidolons - Shortcut (select properties)
- At Target add ( -pcplatform steam) after .exe it will be like this
