Reportedly this is a new release. But I don't know whether most things are still locked behind the online connection, as was the case with the original release.

It's 2K, I wouldn't be surprised if they were. If it's a new release I might as well download and try it for myself

I think he meant, is a lot of the content still blocked (locked) behind an online connection

Oh. Well if that was the question then yes, there's still A LOT of content behind the online connection. This is 2K after all, I don't see that changing anytime soon
