English not supported. Perhaps sometime in the future the dev can start with an English Interface translation (Easiest and least expensive). If a fan base develops and increases, perhaps English Subtitles can be added (Most difficult and most expensive). See my explanation about translation. 06/25/24 - Update: Don't want to wait for a proper English Translation of a non-English supported game but want to play the game now? You can try to use the freeware "LunaTranslator" combination text hooker (text grabber) and language translator application (GitHub page | Download page) to machine translate or AI translate the game's native text into English (Note: Machine translation is 1:1, word for word translation. Some ideas may get "lost in the translation". AI translation attempts to mimic a natural speaker's translation of a language into English (I haven't tried this method yet)).
See the verbose "How to" demo video posted by "Daiya" on YouTube (Note: From her dialogue in the video, Daiya seems to be a teenage girl, so try to bear with the "quirkiness" of her dialogue with the viewer [you]. She set LunaTranslator to use AI translation [See the improved English translated, purple text in the screenshot]).
In the past, I personally have used the AGTH (Anime Games Text Hooker application with the Atlas Japanese-English translator application) to try to play untranslated Japanese H-games with machine translation and just discovered this combination text hooker and translator application that supports AI translation (An improvement over machine translation) so, if you have any in-depth questions then it's best to visit the dev, "HIllya51"'s Q&A page on GitHub.
You can also use Unity Autotranslator(mono build) through BepInEx x86 build. Just make sure to change the language setting in the config from ja to zh-CN.
Extract BepInEx to the root folder of the game where winhttp.dll should be in the same folder as the game executable. Then extract all the files for Unity Autotranslator to the BepInEx folder.
Run the game one and close it once you get to the start menu. You should see additional folders are created on BepInEx
Got to the BepInEx folder then to config. Look for AutoTranslatorConfig and open it, change the line FromLanguage=ja to FromLanguage=zh-CN
Save it and run the game. The plugin should automatically translate some of the words.
Thanks for sharing the information with our community! I'll just champion "LunaTranslator". There's already "Enough on my plate" with all that I already do on this site (For example, extract, reformat and post language support information, "VR Only!", "Early Access", "To be released", ... etc. notifications, as well as occasionally help out in the FAQ Section) for me to support yet another automatic translator!
You can champion the "Bbepis XUnity.AutoTranslator" for Unity games in a reusable comment of your own! Be sure to provide references (links) to the project's Main GitHub (information) page and Download (Release) page in your reusable comment! Also, if you can find "How To" videos on its usage then provide link(s) to those videos as well. I encourage you to do so!
Cool! Another person, like you, promoting another auto translator for non-English games that have yet to be (Or might not be, in the long run) translated into English, would be welcome in our community! Such a member would provide our community with more options as the other members wait for (Possibly, an undetermined amount of time?) a game that is otherwise currently unplayable for players who only understand English, to be officially translated [into English]! Go ahead "Full speed" with your new project! May you have great success with your new, reusable, informative comment!
Not really a new project but more to give awareness for people that somehow can't use Luna translator. I can't reply to every new game that doesn't have english support but if the game is worth it like this one then giving awareness would be helpful.
I meant a new project for you. If the comment that you create is generic enough then it can be reused for any game that does not currently support English and thus you should be able to post a reply comment for any such game that is also a Unity [framework] game. If the game does not support English but is not a Unity game then you need not post a reply.
Good news! I just checked and both the GitHub page and the Download page have been archived on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine (Date of last archive is July 02, 2024). The latest and final release of Luna Translator, v5.5.0, is now available for download again except now on The Internet Wayback Machine's servers rather than on GitHub's servers! I will update the links in my standardized comment for future use (Except for the comment above which I will leave as evidence of all that has transpired).
GitHub has restored (Unhidden?) all of HIllya51's pages! Better yet, it appears that "LunaTranslator" has now been updated to v5.8.0! I have yet again updated my standardized comment for future use.
I think that I can explain why HIlly51's GitHub download page for "LunaTranslator" has now been recently removed. According to his last post on Reddit, HIlly51 appears to have admitted that he was not the original creator of "LunaTranslator". He may have created the GUI for it (See his previous post that begins as "Yes, to support winxp, I made the GUI only via WIN32API ..."), performed some updates and supported it but he is not the original creator of the core application (See all of the previous comments in that linked page). I'm guessing that the original creator challenged ownership of the application and GitHub has now temporarily(?) removed (hidden) all pages on their site that were created by HIllya51. So it looks like HIllya51 kind of did a "Milli Vanilli" (Remember those guys from the '90s?)! LOL! I tried to visit HIlly51's possibly archived GitHub download page in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine but the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine's server that hosts the possibly archived page(s) is temporarily down (Perhaps due to an emergency server maintenance? See the screenshot). I'll try again later to see whether it is back up. If the Github page is archived then peeps can still download the last known archived copy of "Luna Translator" from the Wayback Machine's servers (If the page is archived then there is a very good chance that the application is also available for download despite GitHub's removal of all of HIlly51's pages on GitHub). Stay tuned ...
See the "Update" in my post above. "LunaTranslator" supports the Chinese language, so you can now try to play this game with Chinese to English AI translation (Better than 1:1, word for word, machine translation)!
You kind of remind me of "Little Mikey", the kid in the '70s Life cereal commercial that supposedly won't try anything because "he hates everything" but even Mikey ended up trying and enjoying Life Cereal! Click to watch YouTube video
It appears that you've been mislead by the main character's ponytail. The main character is male! That was a men's hairstyle, one of many, in China during that period of time (Not to be confused with the infamous pigtail that was forced upon the Chinese men when they were conquered by the Manchus later in history). Just like in Japan, the "Top Knot" was a men's hairstyle during the Edo period and in Europe, men wore "Powdered wigs" [And stockings] during the 17th and 18th centuries. Hairstyles, among other things, change with time! 😉
Across the World nowadays, some men still wear ponytails (e.g. - Some members of the Hells Angels and other biker gangs have ponytails - It's part of the "Free spirit" look). It's not a hairstyle that's only worn by women.
Anyone else remember Adrian Paul from the "Highlander" '90s TV series? He wore a ponytail as well and was considered cool~! 😎👍

To use Unity Autotranslator.
1. Get these two files from the Github
BepinEx: https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases
Get either BepInEx_win_x86 or BepInEx-Unity.Mono-win-x86
(I tried x64 but it didn't work)
Unity Autotranslator: https://github.com/bbepis/XUnity.AutoTranslator/releases
Get XUnity.AutoTranslator-BepInEx-x.x.x

I will still wait for a proper English language support for this game because the Autotranslator fitting into the UI.
