To beat the google drive download limiter follow these steps.

1. This is the link i was given (not sure if they are all the same but for this purpose it is) https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1-c8pxEgYppWHARIVjIQjoB6u5s9IgB9b
2. on your OWN link replace the uc?id with open?id and retry
3. add the file to your google drive
4. make a copy by right clicking on the file and selecting make a copy
5. download the copy and presto you are done.
