I can't even play because when I open the mouse it freezes and no matter how much I move it, it stays stuck in the corner of the screen, the game opens everything correctly.
i downloaded to try recreate your problem, tried fullscreen borderless, fullscreen, big mouse, no fullscreen nor borderless, all the ticks i tried. only one gave me issue but not with my mouse. just being out of frame, so big i couldnt hit "start" etc and the menu was as big as my 50in 4k tv... so, if thats what your meaning, run fullscreen borderless options when the launcher pops up...
