Yeah I played for a long time to Fighting games with keyboard but I always ended with my hands Tired cause I never found a comfortable way to play Fighting games with keyboard
for this kind of games its a must the controller, it seems to have a similar gameplay like "struggling" and "heave ho" both games are a pain in the ass with keyboard + mouse but for certain genres like turn based, bullet hells, RPGs,Fighting, FPS that would be ridiculous specially the last one
not really i have better reaction playing KOF and MVC3 with the keyboard doing quarters and half quarters are way more easy than a controller, hadoken and shoryukeen similar moves are a joke, the only exceptions are 360 moves but you rarely see that on other games than street fighter and about racing games https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztVMib1T4T4&ab_channel=IQuip4U
Unless you use a shitty controller or a shitty game, in Racing game the Joystick of a controller help you to manage your direction, you don't have to go all in Right or all in Left, which a keyboard would do since it's an either On or Off input. And most input (handbrake, gears up/down, Nitro/KERS, Spoiler...) are easy to reach with your game pad. So yes, technically a GamePad is better than a Keyboard. It's not impossible to play racing game with a keyboard, but saying "lmao it's obvius bruh" is beyond stupidity. (And when the PS5 will be out, if we manage to get these gamepad with adaptative trigger on pc... yahoo) Unless if by racing game you mean micromachine or some super arcade mess that are more close to a party game than a racing game...
I can't believe you actually think a Keyboard is better for Racing game, even more if you think about Simulation. That says a lot about your "gamer" sense. Ho crap.
