That's an increase of 1 additional language compared to 11 languages, including English, supported by the earlier version as noted in the previous language support notification posted in my previous comment below.
Very fun game indeed, played the demo all the time, but i know its Early access, but with only one new map added, when i played the first map to death. Will wait until the full release with all the maps included before i buy it. The game is amazing though, i also use my own music for the game.
