i have been following this game for over a year now and i REALLY want this to be updated please i know update requests go to the reqests section but i dont know i fell dumb currently and REALLY want to play this game on the latest version just please....
Stupid question maybe but how do I get this game along with a few others to run on the Oculus Rift? Does it run through Steam? If so and assuming I don't want to use Steam (I have my reasons!) is there a Steam service emu that'll work to get the game up and running through the headset? Sorry for the noob question.

VR actually is getting cheaper. if you already have a system that could run vr its already cheap. just get the windows mixed reality. its only 200$ I have it and tbh in some parts its even better then the vive and rift. 200$ is not expensive, thats pretty much only one of my paychecks
Vr are is still in be phase and a child like project ... cant expect much yet.. these are all prototypes and the beginning of something wait another 5 - 10 years and you*ll change ur mind
Oculus Quest 2, 400$, Doesnt need a Windows/Mac/Linux Machine to operate on. It is the display AND the processor. It even supports 120Hz over a Thunderbolt connector, Not to mention, if you already HAVE a powerful computer (also regarding the thunderbolt thing) that can handle VR, You dont need to set up lighthouses like you do for HTC Vives, The Index, Pimax Headsets, etc. and itll just work
it wont be. Technology is ALWAYS dropping in price, because newer tech is always coming out. So when the 3rd gen of VR comes out, this current gen will be super cheap.
Ermm... have you seen prices in awhile because there are no headsets that are 600 dollars maybe 500 and even 400 and I got a Lenovo headset only for 100 dollars when my acer broke from something like the cord idk I wasn't able to use it for 5 months because of usb 3.

The first iphone was $599 for the 8gb model which by todays standards of specs is awful, 320×480 pixel resolution bluetooth 2.0, 128 MB eDRAM, 620 MHz CPU. I can get a used first gen iphone right now for $40, that's 7.5% of the original cost. However, what if no one was to support that first iphone? No apps were built, no sales were made to give incentive to make future generations of the phone? We should to apply this same sort of thinking for all technology that looks promising. Of course things are going to be expensive at first, things will be buggy, apps/games/whatever it is. We need to try things to see what does, and what doesn't work.
