If you have the MSVCP100.dll error you have to install Microsoft visual as mentioned below. Then you have to reinstall the game to easily fix the subsidiary issues which will appear if you did not have Microsoft visual C++ initially.

You need Microsoft Visual C++. You can download them directly from Microsoft. MSVCP100 should be in versions 2010 and 2012. I would install both just to ensure you have the version the game wants.
