Just press extract on part 1 and winrar will find the other parts and unpack them in the same folder automatically.

[ FIXED ] I almost gave up with this one, but I will write what I did for Windows 10 v1803

1. Re Install the oldest required software DirectX and C++ Redistributable Packages (both x64 and x86) from 2010 and 2013 found here in the package:
   ~\insurgency.v2.4.0.9_CommonRedist\
2. Install Steam (not sure about this one, but do it c;). Paste the whole game package here in:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\
3. For files insurgency.exe and LAUNCHER.exe found in game location:
   a. Right click for Properties> Compatibility> Change Settings for all users
   b. Enable or set the next ones:

• Enable compatibility mode for Windows 7
• Disable fullscreen optimizations
• Run this program as an administrator
• Change high DPI settings> Enable Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application

1. After doing that for these two files. To run the game, do it through LAUNCHER.exe (DO NOT USE the launcher for 64 bits or will get hanged)

I got it.. Just type in Console "sv_lan 1" and "map market_coop"(example).. Works for me

After i change the language to English and save my changes, then this window shows up saying "SmartSteamEmu.ini was modified, would you like to save it in the archive?'' then i click yes and a nother window comes up with an error that is basically saying that it could not save my changes (I am using Win.rar)
