When I clicked to run the game, it immediately gave IDP Generic warning. I am assuming it is false positive but I miss the days when we didn't get these notifications when we downloaded games from this lovely site.

Omori probably took influence on the original. Haven't played Omori, but very possible as games like that were inspired by a lot of rpgmaker games, at least that is what I've heard.
