Not working means they are not unlocked, although they are there, but you can't load a savegame that includes any items other than the standard ones.
Beware: before playing a mission seriously, plan your equipment, start the mission/story, then save immediately (if you're playing "Master" difficulty like me, that's your only possible savegame at all) and then immediately try to load that fresh savegame! Otherwise, you risk wasting hours upon hours thinking you've saved your progress (which, oddly enough, you have) but can't load any of your damn savegames because the game keeps telling you that you don't own this and that.
If that happens go back to your planning menu, change the items that look suspiciously like "Extra-Extra-Gold-Elite-Premium", GOTY or whatever, start the mission, save, load the savegame until it loads. Then go back to your planning menu and restart the mission. Now you know the saves are what they say they are. Otherwise, you may be in for a whopper of a bitter surprise that will sour the whole game for ye.
Unfortunately the game gives you access to every item although it later gripes you don't own this pass, that DLC, those other ripp-offs... You basically have to own the entire series (and even people who do own the respective DLC/Pass/whatthefuckeffa can't load savegames, because the import of the import, merge of the old savegames on the servers did not work.
There is also a patch from March 30, 2021 that fixes some of the issues and updates the game to version 3.20, so this version here is not the latest anyway, still has those bugs from scratch. It also says nothing about any included DLC.
It's a complete mess from IO, reason enough not to buy it. You have to own everything from the previous versions anyway, including Gold, GOTY and other rip-off versions, and not even then did it work flawlessly. So there you go. Play the last version's bug-feast and get a feel for how they took the piss out of their customers. Don't feel bad for not having paid for it. The game is awesome, but what I have experienced now makes it impossible for me to support that sort of jerry-building by buying it at any point. I own a few Hitman, though. On DVD still. So, that old. But even people who spent hundreds of dollars over the years for all the required versions here to have all items allegedly unlocked are affected...?! Seriously, IO?! Pfffft... without me.

Yeah this version, 3.160 is bugged and doesn't seem to want to load. Even circumventing the launcher, running as admin it wont load up. Yes I have installed the crack. . .
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)

Prob a problem with your antivirus if you have the windows default antivirus then you have to search antivirus in the search bar and click on protection history then allow whatever your antivirus blocked it usually displays the path of which it blocked the program and you will see the game directory

no, you should move the crack in to a game files. you can do it by pressing right mouse button on hitman icon, then open file location (or something like that...), then move files in CODEX folder, which you download with a game, to game files, change it, and play.

"Data Error Cyclic redundancy" error ? Sounds like your HDD is failing... google this error message and you'll see, really scary stuff. I would backup everything on another drive just to be sure.

i downloaded the crack fix, and it fixed it crashing when saving, but now it crashes randomly. It doesnt crash when saving anymore but sometimes il be walking around and it will just crash
If I'm using 80GB of my hard drive space, I'd at least get GTA V or Sniper Elite 4 and they're both 100x better than this cash grab. Anything beyond Absolution is a disgrace to Hitman or 47 himself. If I want the real stealth game, even Thief Simulator is a better choice (albeit without the killing,) or I can just play MGSV and it comes with a sexy sniper support.

You need to download ALL the parts and extract them. Don't bother extracting them one for one, they are one whole. Just extract the first part and it will automatically extract all of them. It won't work if you download just some of them. It is like a chapter in a book. The story wouldn't make sense if there are a few pages missing. Once you have extracted all the parts it depends. Sometimes there is another setup that you have to run and sometimes the game is already completely there.
