interesting, but perhaps a bit too abstract. We're aren't machines, its not all about numbers, if that were the case we might as well ''play'' spreadsheets
Plus it feels too imprecise for what it does. I can only perform one action per turn, when historically a nation might perform multiple actions per turn even if only a single type (i.e.: Rome and it's multiple military fronts).
It also feels too random, honestly. More like a boardgame than 'High Strategy'.
But it is short and probably runs on an analog watch, so it is good for coffee breaks.
