No problem at all...I've looked everywhere for a premium and never found it so I figured I would do everyone a solid seeing as it was Xmas time. I was just diagnosed with cancer so I'm trying to rack up on karma ya know lol
i just came here to check what the comments said about this game when i found your comment. Shit i'm really sorry to (read) that... it really puts things on perspective as i'm in a shit situation on a shit country, but at least (i think?) i'm healthy. Really hope you get better from that plague of a condition, truly do. Hope you can beat it's ass like is a lame videogame boss, i don't like the word "gamer" but for you i'll send all my gamer luck points to you. Get well, you got many games to beat still.
Good luck to you mate. I heard of this man who got into full remission when noone gave him a chance, he read about sugar helping cancer so he just stopped eating anything with added sugar and survived that shit. Im no doctor, but hey, feel free to try it. Either it helps or makes you long for death lol.
I'm neither a dietitian nor a doctor, but growing up I had to research and learn a lot about nutrition due to my parents having a poor understanding and passing on bad habits:
The biggest thing you can do is reduce refined foods intake -- whole fruits & veggies are incredibly filling because the amount of fiber, whereas baked goods/refined foods comparatively have a huge sugar-to-fiber ratio (and typically less micronutrients e.g. minerals/vitamins). Healthy fats are also very important for feeling full, whereas fried foods/trans fats have loads of free radicals (one of the theorized mechanisms by which disease/cancer develops on the cellular/atomic level) which is why antioxidant-rich foods became a huge buzzword (justifiably), though tons of health food is just overpriced, processed food with a massive marketing budget.
I emphasize cheaper whole foods like rice/beans/good-quality meat/in-season fruits+veggies, in combination with learning how to cook very basic dishes (if you're used to eating out, cooking is a massive money saver which allows you to buy higher quality meat cuts). Disregard soda, embrace green smoothies -- though indulging occasionally is fine once you're in a habit of eating well. Personally I can't stand soda anymore because it's way too sweet, and I grew up drinking multiple a day.
Also this is only part of the equation -- you can put the best fuel in your car but if you don't maintain it (exercise), it'll break down more often; lifting does wonders for your central nervous system, cardio is just important for everything. Most vital is to start where you're comfortable, don't let your ego make you do something stupid (starting at high weights, trying to do a marathon on your first day of cardio in 5 years, etc.) that will just lead to injury
I'm not 100% sure what they meant, but they said "He layed off sugar". I didn't inquire about what they meant, because rarely anyone even distinguishes "added sugar" from "any sugar" but considering what information I am getting about "added sugar" being total shit for your body on very many levels I'd say go ahead with "added sugar" as baseline. That being said: vegetables should be the majority of the stuff you eat, rather than fruit. Also don't skimp on getting a second opinion and making up your own mind. Doctors are not infallible. Also don't be affraid to be a bit shady and grease up someone's palm to get better treatment or priority on better meds.
Ah, yea it's stage 4. It's on my vocal chords so it's in a ruff spot. Doctor's said since I'm still pretty young, hopefully intense radiation and chemotherapy will do something to it. One thing I can't stress enough tho, if your voice is hoarse for more than a few weeks at a time, go-to the doctor and get it looked at. Unfortunately I waited too long and I've lost control of one of my vocal chords. You may not think it, but your vocal chords are vital in the respiratory process.
Hi there I came for cracked game and did not expect to see this kind of msg here, idk why but I feel so much empathy for you if you ever need someone to talk or share something add me on discord I will always be there to talk to you : ( I know it a weird suggest cause we don't know each other but I got diagnose with eye cancer and I'm still here.
I've requested premium, multiple people including the head guy say they don't buy games from itch.io. We won't see premium here. Try other places and request.
because a 300 megabyte game has a 2.2gb iso that does not close and prevents its expulsion (it asks you to install it to play) you have to do a thousand wonders to remove the iso (it seems that it is designed for you to install them yes or yes)
how do you install those updates from tenoke? I tried installing the base game then attempted to install those updates but all of them keep saying "The program has detected that this update is not available for your game version"
Premium
Its my google Drive, so make sure thats where you end up
Enjoy
