!! Fair warning: You won't be able to transfer your save to the sequel duology, Hero Project because the version of HeroFall here does not create a save at the end, since at the time the trilogy was not planned to have a sequel. For lost souls in the future: I managed to load my save from the previous game by: 1.Start the .exe, but don't play yet. Can't remember up to which point, but DEFINITELY you don't have to start a new game yet. Just until the game creates a folder named "3DMGAME". 2. The existence of this folder readies this game to accept your previous save. Don't do anything yet though. Exit the game. 3. Go to the previous game's folder and copy the folder named "3DMGAME". The entire folder, yes. 4. Go to THIS game's folder and paste what you copied here. Let it replace. 5. Start THIS game and your saved game should be among the list. Make sure you did actually save your game at the end of the previous game. **You can play your save through the entire trilogy using these steps. I can verify this. **If you're planning on playing your save all the way to Hero Project, don't bother. The version of Heroes Rise: HeroFall uploaded here doesn't create a save at the end. You'll have to play a fresh game for the Hero Project duology. ****You're welcome.
For those of you who want to IMPORT your Hero Rise #2 savegame into Hero Rise #3, here are the instructions I have made which work for me using the STEAM version of the game. 0. Run the game at least once, so that it will generate its data folder "3DMGAME"
Browse to your Hero Rise #2 game folder in directory Heroes Rise The Hero Project\3DMGAME"yourSteamNameHere"\storage
Make a copy of the file "storePSheroprojectPSstatesave1555511111555222"
Rename the copy to "storePSherofallPSstate"
Open the copy with a text editor, I prefer to use Notepad++ but any text editor should be fine
Carefully change the first line of text from "PSheroprojectPSstatesave1555511111555222" to "PSherofallPSstate"
Save these changes
Browse to your Hero Rise #3 game folder in directory Heroes Rise Hero Fall\3DMGAME"yourSteamNameHere"\storage
Delete the file "storePSheroprojectPSstate" and "storePSheroprojectPSstatetemp" if they are present
Move your previously made copy into the Hero Rise #3 folder
Run the game
It will give you a message saying "You have successfully loaded your savegame."
This means that you were successful and can start the game now
You will start with the PROLOGUE chapter, and you will not have to fill out any questions about your gender, name, etc...
No one knows where to find more of these text games?I saw a few for cellphone, but for PC here is the only source i found, and there´s so many that was not posted..., i´m not complaining, i thank for the few shared here, but it would be very nice to have more.
