I don't see the any reason to download this game. This is a multiplayer game and if I am not mistaken, you USUALLY can't play pirated multiplayer games on genuine servers.
Haven't tried this so I could be wrong. It could be like Project Zomboid, as long as you have the newest update, you can get into the servers just fine
