7/10 on Steam, atm, 1/24/2017. It operates much like Tactics Ogre has before, as in it's a turn-based, plan ahead, then execute. Combos, fall damage, pushing, collision, flanking, etc. All of them are decent mechanics, but I'm not sure about the story yet. It's worth playing, as you can try it out here.
just played first stage, no tutorial at all and WTF that height jump lol and is there a tactics ogre that plan ahead, then execute? i only play that turn based character stat and RTS with card on Snes.
My apologies - first reaction was to the story telling of the Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together (using in game isometric angles and unit movement during story progression). But gameplay is more like an old PSX game (can't remember title), only the enemy moved simultaneously with during execution. Yeah, I was confused by trying to figure out if I was in "pre-battle setup" type of mode, but it was actual combat. I like all the extra damage effects though.
