Even though the market is saturated with roguelikes, I can respect the daringness of developers to still make them with fresh coats of paint and tweaks to the gameplay mechanics.
They might wait with the hotfix patches until the devs have a stable version of it for a bit longer, otherwise they and we would need to come back here multiple times a day to patch if they pump those hotfixes out that quickly. They've done the same with Schedule 1. Just be patient, I'm sure we'll get a patch soon :)
Because I could imagine that the update wasn't worth the work to seperate the files and make an updater for it and is faster and easier to repackage and upload that way. They know best when it makes sense to split them into seperate updates and full uploads. It's not a big deal to redownload.
Game is alright. Sometimes feels like the hitboxes don't match and getting damage even though you're not in the way of projectiles. Lots of grinding though.
For me a bit too repetitive at the start. You run the same corridors over and over again until you get far enough to beat Act 1. The rooms don't generate any differently like some other rouge-likes. They stay the same.
The time limit is an interesting concept but can be turned off, which is nice. Has a bit of an issue with loading screens taking a bit everytime you get back to the main hub.
Also, as a fair warning which might be patched down the road, if you turn the sound sliders down and level up during a run, the level-sound is not turned down. It literally jump scared me so many times because I wasn't keeping track of the experience bar and it's literally startling.
Now we wait :)
it has significant improvements
thanks!
