I know this isn't anything close to it, but I'll lay this around. Been looking up Limit Theory as of late and been following its development. Last I heard, it's been canceled from the Dev. Mixed feelings with the backers though. I was hoping LT would become a full game or at least something playable like Avorion at the least. Last I heard the source code was being released as the Josh Parnell lost interest in the project. Hope someone will pick it up and finish it. LT has great potential unlike any games since its creation. The engine that LT is ran on is impressive.
Well i never heard that game, from the pics it looks good but i think the aim was too big hence why it was cancelled…i feel it would have become another NMS tbh…space games are hard and there is not that much market for them compared to other genres..oh well a shame indeed
no i cant i use 7-zip then daemon tools lite and when i try to run the setup in the daemon stage it says this process cannot be completed because this file may contain harmful software
I have a deep love for overly ambitious hobby-projects of very few devs, or even just one dev. Many of my favorite games started that way. And there are also a lot more that end up unfinished, never living up to even fractions of the original concept. I lack the time to personally test this one, but on the first look it may have the potential to become a strong entry in the otherwise overpopulated genre. Though I feel if it was already on it's way there I would have heard about this title.
Terraria and "Best in Graphic" doesn't really match well, dont'cha think? (Well I aint saying its actually bad, I play it a lot myself, but pixelated graphics isn't really one to win an award for 'Best in Visuals')
how can you even remotely compare this to terraria? its like comparing a handle to mousepad, it makes no sense PS: also "best" and "than" doesnt come along well^
Meh. Looks like an EA game that just polished what it had 3 years ago. Read the patch notes. Just the basic of basics. 4x games are more complex. For 40$ get the X series on sale. Correct me if I am wrong. I am not trying it.
One thing I've wondered about the X series is if you can create your own faction and take over the galaxy. The series seems to be completely focused on economic simulation and a bit of combat, whereas I'm looking for something like it except where you can take over territory and fight other AI factions
Nope, played X3 on WinXP and both X:R and X4:F on Win7. The developer chose Vulkan over DirectX for X4:F specifically to avoid Win10 exclusivity and monopolization crap. EDIT: Linux version for X4:F is already in beta too.
looks pretty boring , only eye catcher is boobs on the intro pic , nothing else is there. pretty much sort of copy paste idea from anime ,franxx in the darling or something like dat.
