In general I liked this game and the 3D design of the characters as well as the textures reminded me of Bravely Default. Where I have felt that it fails the most is in combat because it does not have, or at least I managed to discover, some evasive movement that interrupts my own character's attacks. I just played the demo on the Switch. The story seems interesting, but the graphics were blurry to the point of 360p. The mechanics are simple while the score is forgettable.
One of a few games where I'll comment that the demo isn't a good representation of the game. Also, graphics weren't blurry at all for me, so might be a settings issue? Or a Switch setting issue.
Update work fine 100% successful , game start normally , i download at megaup . just make sure you backup your main file and save file , the update create new folder for save file , just move your old save data to the new folder located in "document" .
Update 1.0.2 can't be installed properly. It starts up, then at 34% it reports the wrong game version and closes. But it's changed a few files before closing, so after this failed update the game can't start at all (it started up just fine before).
Why are so many Tenoke updates not working and corrupting games instead? This is not the first time I had a problem with their update incorrectly reporting 'the wrong game version' and messing the game up.
A lot of Unreal games have issues like this. There are several possible workarounds that give varying results. You can try things like:
Disabling realtime thumbnails in your registry, which you can google how to do.
Installing the latest DirectX drivers and Visual C++ version.
Repairing any corrupted OS files.
The order I listed them is random, but I would suggest simply attempting the drivers solution first, then the realtime thumbnails. The OS is unlikely to be an issue, but repairing my own OS had helped me with another UE4 game giving another "Fatal Error" in the past, just not completely fixing it.
