I dont necessarily have a problem with that. Do you know how many rap songs have sampled the same James Brown snare? Its what you do with it that counts.
Especially in a resource management game. The visuals would be a very secondary aspect compared to properly implemented resource mechanics.
Music being made using samples from other things is very normal. Any decent music does so with actual effort put into making an original composition.
Games being made with extremely low effort and basically nonexistent quality specifically to sucker as many people as possible out of their money is nothing like that.
These games never implement things properly, because they're all shovelware made with no passion by people who only want money with no real work involved.
