When I run the launcher it opens the steam page and nothing else. How do I fix this?

When i open the game, it stock.
And my computer is strong enough to run GTA 5 with really high settings, and i checked the task manager and there where no program who took to much of something.

Are you using a PS4 controller? It might only work with Xbox controllers.
