Can I get help on how this part-instalation process works? Im just not confident that I can do it myself xd

I tried install with my antivirus up, It removed some "dangerous files", I tried launch the game it didn't work. Then, I installated again with my antivirus down and when I click on the .exe I have "this is not the .exe you are looking for" or "Bink2w32.dll can't be found" but when I look where the game is installated on my computer I can see the Bink2w32.dll so I don't know why it doesn't work. I uninstallated and my antivirus found Trojan.Gen...

why when running the game, what opens is steam, so the game can't be played
