Sorry I'm still a noob at this but, is the torrent download the same as the 2 part downloads or is it something else? Edit: Asking cause the google ones tell me i dont have permission and the other links are going to take 2-3 days, currently downloading the torrent one its about 8 hours
The torrents are always the full game in one file. When Google says you don't have permission, or that the download limit has been exceeded, it means that it was taken down and you'll have to try a different link. I usually go Google, then MegaUp, then http://Mega.nz. http://Mega.nz downloads the fastest if you have the desktop app (which I recommend), then Google is second, and MegaUp is slower. Torrent is always the absolute slowest though. Hope this helps
You have to crack it. I haven't downloaded it yet, so I dono the name of the crack folder but it'll be in the same place as the game installation stuff. You install the game and then copy what's inside the crack folder onto the same place you installed the game, and overwrite any files if it asks.
If you're only getting a black screen/no splash screen and the game won't start, especially if you're on an older version of windows, you may be having a problem with the intro movies playing on your version of Windows Media Player. A temporary fix is simply going into Genesis->Content->Movies and deleting or pasting them elsewhere.
I downloaded it here to try before buying. But nah... It's not worth 20 or 15 $/€. I got bored after 30 minutes... Maybe if it gets in some bundle it will be worth picking up, for now it's a waste of money.
I played through this back when it came out on Epic. It's fun and really atmospheric, but even though it's a roguelike with all the random generation and such, once I beat the game once I had no interest in doing a second run.
Probably most of them will wait for reviews :) If they will be good, there will be good sales on Steam in my opinion. But, there are still Scores at MetaCritic :)
What does our understanding of metascore and what we feel for the site and or critics have to do in common? We can't voice our opinions just because of the metascore?
The site doesn't actually write reviews or have any critics. It averages reviews based on 3rd party critics. As far as review sites go, I think that's pretty fair. It doesn't just look at the views of 1 or 2 people from 1 or 2 companies; it takes into account different views from different companies, countries, and backgrounds. "Metacritic is full of snobs and etc." No, they're literally just a service that compiles reviews from different sources. Snobs and arses included, sure, but it's quite clear that you were under the impression that people on meta critic were the ones making the reviews. And of course, feel free to voice your opinion - Nobody said you couldn't; I don't know why you're so offended.
I see. Alright I didn't know that. I admit I'm an arse for just assuming. That's interesting. Thank you for informing me and my apologies for being quick to assume and an arse.
