"Elisha's fix works for me. Just google "Elisha's gangsters organized crime" and one of her links pops up. You basically download two small files and drop them into where the gangsters .exe is.
I also had to check mark all low end options for compatibility mode for the screens to both be visable and clickable. I found that by only using Elisha's files, the menu items displayed correctly but I couldn't click on the buttons for some reason.
Also, as I'm sure others have mentioned, you have to run in admin mode.
I installed the game... when launch it the menu shows but the entire text is missing i need to browse here and there on my intuition and even when i some how start a scenario mouse sensivity sucks very hard to traverse
Yeah, same here. No text in menu options, although you can choose the top option and play, pick your character and go. This really was a fantastic game back in the day... sadly, it's just too dated and won't run correctly on newer systems or Windows 10. If you're set on getting it to work, change your display to 1024x768 or 800x600 (right-click your desktop screen) and you can probably run it like that.
