Most likely, since leasing an AI for commercial use from places like DeepL costs less than paying professional linguists by the hour to translate the various languages (That is, if a linguist has a thorough knowledge to be fluent in enough multiple languages - I don't know about any single linguist being simultaneously fluent in 103 different languages though).
