ive tried scumm and the game kept crashing on me so no.ive tried many and they kept crashing at the same spot so now im trying my luck on this 1 hoping i can finish this game once and for all
Seriously?Just grab SCUMM emulator http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ and the great CD Dos version https://www.emuparadise.me/ScummVM_Games/Full_Throttle_(CD_DOS)/95832 and play that.I dloaded this version and it plays ok.It lags alot at the screen changes. The graphics are a little better and the controls a little easier but 8gb installed is insane. For the size difference, believe me,the difference between the two is barely noticeable. Both versions have exactly the same game play.length so no difference there at all. This is an awesome fun game, and even if you're still using Win XP you can still enjoy this classic.
Most importantly, was it worth making it 8GB!? LOL I still have my CD lying around and I'm positive that thing isn't over half a gig! It's a masterpiece regardless so if anyone hasn't picked this up before this is the perfect chance
I admit... I'll test it just to listen to the remastered OST (the original is VERY low quality), but... I can't help feeling that playing the original one on Scummvm is already good enough. I felt the same for the remastered Day of the tentacle.
the game is fine, but it's like.. making a 4k verison of the N64 Ocarina of time.
