I found a solution on how to change the voice to JP, it might occur some problem thought since I'm tricking the game localization language from Japanese to English, some picture and texts are in Japanese.
Inside the game folder, open steam_emu.ini with notepad and edit the Language=english to Language=japanese, this will localize the game language to Japanese both text and audio.
Open master folder and rename jpn.eaf to jpnbackup.eaf(any random name is fine), copy and paste eng-gb.eaf file and rename it to jpn.eaf.
By doing this, you'll be able to trick the game to use English UI with Japanese audio.
BTW, Save data location(AppData is a hidden folder): C:\Users\PCNAME\AppData\Local\FREEDOM WARS\savedata

Could anyone tell me if it is better to emulate this on vita3k or get this pc port? I'm sure the latter would be more optimized but I'm hearing complaints about the port (which may not be true).
I can't wait to try this out. Like everyone is saying, I really didn't expect this to come out. Here's some fun trivia: The grapple hook in Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet was inspired by the thorn grapple hook in this game. I think some devs from that game also worked on this one. If you played that game, mechanically, they're pretty similar.
Does anyone know how to change text language? You can switch audio to Japanese in-game after completing the first two re-education lessons but I haven't found a way to change text language. Editing .ini file only works for Japanese and English.
Found it myself. Same as step 2 in @EarthPotato's comment, just copy and paste files in master folder. Guess the problem is .ini file doesn't recognize languages other than eng/jp, or I input wrong words.:/
It was a PlayStation Vita exclusive. I love this game, even though it's a Sci-Fi Monster Hunter clone. Soul Sacrifice was another great Monster Hunter clone for the PlayStation Vita with a good story. Sony kind of needs the money with all its recent failure so, I'm hoping for more of these.
