Can only do freeplay, everything else requires being online. Bummer.

UWP to Steam online fix

1- download the files
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N1RLDfMqpafyzxdxfiVVpv6MbOSqWDid/view?usp=sharing
2- copies everything into the main location
3- Install steam and create a fake account (you have to be logged in)
4- Install xbox app and create a fake account (you have to be logged in)
5- start the game via forza_steamworks_release_final.exe
6- have fun

Sweet its already here same as boredfield was eh i am just gonna wait t minus 5 days for the online working patched version on gamepass which i have preinstalled already so...gr8 work happy offline gaming i suppose. Peace
