Cant get into the main menu , i have to press esc but it wont work if i press the key....

im stuck there i have found out , the game thinks im in a level , because if i move my mouse down left in the radar i see my character spinning ....
i think the game was badly cracked ....

its not badly cracked no, the same bug exists on older steam versions as well, but the developer has patched it out so an updated build should be uploaded here on igg to alleviate this problem
