BUT they are ❌ INCOMPATIBLE with Game & Updates Installers (Example: RUNE, TENOKE, etc UNLESS there Drag and Drop Updates) meaning you will have to download all files all from scratch whenever there's an update ▪️Standalone Online-Fix Patch (Base Game Required) [ADVANCED SETUP] This method is slightly more complicated, but it allows more flexibility and is ✅COMPATIBLE with ANY VERSION of the Game & or Game Update Installers (Example: RUNE, TENOKE, etc). But you will need have the game but only have to update the game & then Re-apply the Online-Fix patch again after that.

I just saw some people reporting the same problem in some other games. I found out the reason, it seems that Steam just changed the DRM, the old cracks no longer work with the latest versions of the games. In general, you can try to fix the following:
Go to the folder "...\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv157\Win64".
Delete the file "steam_api64.dll"
Change the file name "steam_api64.dll.bak" to "steam_api64.dll"
