v1.1.00.11330 solves this problem. just have to copy over the NOSTEAM profile save to the IGGGAMES one. they are on AppData\LocalLow\IronOak Games\FTK for me anyways.

Online Coop does not work. You will be informed via a warningtext that it is not a legal copy. Friend had bad luck and the game crashed for him there. It is so sad to just have boring couch coop -__-
If your game crashes at the loading screen then make sure you've transferred the contents of the CODEX to the data folder of where you installed it. Worked for me.
I downloaded the reloaded version first, and had the same issue with game crashing after the first loading screen. Then I downloaded the proper-codex version and it works fine now.
