Hello, i can´t run the .exe, can someone help pls?

I click on the .exe and nothing happens.

I just looked at this because i wanted to see what it was, and it slapped me in the face with nostalgia. And i remember how in the demo version i had to speed click to get the pay to use stuff XD Thanks for uploading this guys!
