does anyone know how to instl the update ?

I think all file is 900 mb. which is way outdated. a single file link is next to original game

Is there somewhere I can find why I should bother with this? The change log I found has multiple updates but just seems to add some items and DLC costume type stuff. Is this all this is or does it fix some possible game breaking bugs? Rather not bother if it's just DLC stuff. Thanks. (assuming any links still work that is)
