You can try to use the freeware "LunaTranslator" combination text hooker (text grabber) and language translator application (GitHub page | Download page) to machine translate or AI translate the game's native text into English (Note: Machine translation is 1:1, word for word translation. Some ideas may get "lost in the translation". AI translation attempts to mimic a natural speaker's translation of a language into English (I haven't tried this method yet)).

Hello, I know you look at the store page to tell whether a language is supported or not, but English is indeed supported now as of the newest update (the announcement is visible on the updates page for the game, but the change is not reflected on the info page, at least as of now). It would be great if someone downloaded the game from here to double check, but I think it's fair to assume that IGG has the newest version seeing the upload date.

Yesterday, I was pressed for time and running late in creating and posting the language support notifications for the latest batch of multi-language supported games on this site, so in my haste, I inadvertently missed seeing this game's latest update announcement on June 26 about English support. I usually try to be thorough and browse through the Steam Updates page of any game for which I post at least one kind of notification. Like its been said before, "Nobody is perfect, except God". Not to worry though. I checked the .NFO file for this RUNE release posted on xRel and noticed that the cracked version of this game is the June 26 version, meaning that it has the June 26 English language support update already built into it (See on the right side of the linked page where it says "Zeit:" - "Zeit" literally means "time" in German but a datetime is actually posted)!
I'm already well aware of that by now and I've already owned up to my oversight - Carefully Re-read my reply to Tetsuri above. I had already linked to the June 26 update of which you've posted a screenshot! What more do you want?! A pound of flesh?!
I perform these information services on my own time and am not paid any money for doing so! I don't do so for just this game but for any recently listed game on this site, be it old or new, that supports languages in addition to the English language and also for games that do not support the English language at all (I don't perform the service for English-only games, so its understood that if there is no language support notification posted for a game in that game's page then that game only supports English).
I don't need someone who comes along 2 weeks after the fact and doesn't bother to carefully read all of the details in the posted comments before trying to act like a smart-a$$ but instead ends up looking like a dumb-a$$, to try to aggravate me, especially with an alias account that only has 2 comments to its profile page - What, you're afraid of facing me with your main account?! Dude, if you're trying to pick a fight with me then you're 2 weeks too late!
I can't believe I bought this on a discount years ago and then let this rot in my Steam library long enough for the pirates to catch up to me... And apparently in the meantime the game even got an English translation. Wow, how did I manage to procrastinate this long?
There's no official English translation for this game (See my post above). If you have a full, fan-made English translation then please kindly share a link to it.
There is OFFICIAL ENGLISH TRANSLATION. you have to have true steam version i guess, in steam setting of the game go to property and choose English in there. the game will play in english mode.
It's good for you that you have the official, retail version of this game but what you just wrote doesn't really apply to this cracked version of the game and doesn't really help our community here!
Also in the future, try to avoid using the Caps Lock key as some people may misconstrue any writing while it is enabled as an act of aggression on your part - For example to some people, THIS IS YELLING while This is conversing in an non-aggressive normal tone. You could have instead used bold face fonts, italic fonts or a combination of both to better convey your message.
