all files are tested and scanned before upload so the detection is a false positive. for the volume problem try opening your output device settings / properties and disable "allow applications to take control of this device" or if you think theres something harmful on your pc run a full scan with windows defender or malwarebytes. but make sure you go threw the results manually as they will also remove crack files from games

Here's the thing. It's not a sequel. It's a mobile spin off ported to PC. It even says so in the steam store page. Yikes

Strongly Agree. Both BOI and ETG are amazing games, but I prefer the latter :)

It was just a disappointing version of Binding of Isaac that completely relied on you getting a decent weapon and not that many actually engaging interactions.
