I'm not sure if the steam and IGG links are necessary or just the steam link

i cant believe this! i have all the other downloads and now the FINAL is out and they only copy the 64bit files???? WHY??? So now i have to go to search the russian sites AGAIN to find the 32bit final version, i hate having 1/2 complete games
