This Game doesn't start. Win 10 Bootcamp. I tried the Launcher and the Epoch exe. Also tried running as admin. Any clues?

It just wont start. Nothing happens when I try to open the game. No process shows up in the process list. I also installed the included direct x with no results. I run as admin.
