If anyone is having the "error conflict identity 76561197960267366" problem go to the steam_emu.ini delete the # In front of AccountId=0 (the command has been commented out I believe)and change the 0 to anything else if its still happening
Are you trying to connect on the same network (Lan) or online with port forwarding. if its Lan type in his ipv4 and online use his public IP address. If that's not your problem let me know.
v1.9.1 for me not working starting EmpyrionLauncher.exe error "steam authentication failed" i have all cracks by default. starting game with EACLauncher.exe easy anti-cheat is not installed "I have it installed" game working for you guys ?
can you guys include refordge eden in this verson cuz i tryed to install got all the files from steam but cant find the senario in the tab it will be really appriciated if its included in this verson.
They aren't going to pre-mod it for you. But if you want to install reforged eden, you need to put the files into the scenarios folder, not the mods folder.
hello mates, i downloaded this version, and when i execute "empyrionlauncher" the unity crash handler appears and the game close. I haven't any problems with the v1.9.1
Since this game is already cracked (no crack to apply after install), and comes with a dedicated server, and it doesn't even connect to Steam, not sure why you had a problem. It worked fine for me using the launcher. You may want to check the _Redist folder and make sure you have those programs installed, especially the oalinst.exe. It's not as common as the other 2. I wish you good luck.
Sorry i wasnt able to wait! Looks like a friend of mine read this and sent me a link and not only did i get to install Empyrion Galactic Survival v1.6.3509 but it shows how to play online thru a Lan connection using the empyrion launcher. I i'm not big with online multiplayer because of all the cheaters out there ruining everyone elses game but for a short time if you find good players it can be a very rewarding experience but i'll stay single player for now! Anyway good luck to everyone!
I tried using the 1.6 update it's not working i'll try to install the entire game again and see if the update works i already have the 1.5.8 version but maybe doing that will get it to work i'll keep everyone posted as to the result- UPDATE: Ok looks like someone messed up on the patch it CLEARLY states the patch is for the 1.5 codex version of the game and we have the 1.5.8 version! It did't work! Total waste of time! So now you won't have to waste your time with this! We will just have to wait till it's fixed and the correct patch is released or the next update is released.
Not always the case, I recall some Early Access universe sim (not Universe Sandbox), can't remember the name, where the universe was made procedurally but the result is fixed.

Your sir are an idiot. Most cracked games that have a co-op/multiplayer can be played as such, however you 99% of the time will not have access to official servers, go learn something before commenting. Can we get this guy out of here? haha.
Be quiet please and stop talking bullshit when you dont know how this work Yes you can play co-op Empyrion supports lan you only need to change acc id from 0 to any number so as to not having the same acc id like the other player
How to change steam ID, cant play with my brother "Character with same name already exists" and string of numbers which i guess is steam ID. We played older versions and chaning username was enough before. Any ideas? Thanks
Very interesting, but time intensive and very grindy (materials to build and craft). Starts simple and easy, but becomes very complex pretty fast and needs frequent trips to the wiki to enjoy fully. Clunky interface (not awfull but pretty unwieldy) and ressource intensive (need good GPU, CPU and RAM aplenty). Very interesting experience if you have the 10 or 20 hours to really start biting into it. Some players have played for more than 1000 hours total !
The GPU is not so important. A 1050 Ti works on High but on a lower resolution (1360x768 or maybe 1660x900 but barely) and last time I checked you could launch it with a 1030 albeit on very low res (1280x720) and lowering graphics a lot. FPS would be below 30 though. Still needs an ok CPU (4c/4t. Dual Core seems unreasonable when starting to build big stuff) and at the very least 8G RAM. Cmon, try it if you got the time and patience. Worth it !
it's a great game if you like to build bases, ships and stuff like that, the game also have plenty other stuff to do, but it gets very complex very quickly, I would give it a shoot
they improved the game a lot, most of the specs are usually bumped up... havent played it in years either but i doubt it actually requires 10gb for minimum specs
Well it warns you if you have "only" 8GB RAM and honestly it's ressource intensive. You DO need a fairly decent CPU(4c 4t min), a "gamer" GPU (1050TI is fine on low res ... but barely) and lots of RAM - especially if you play for long sessions or multiplayer. Think ARK with less intense GPU works but more CPU & RAM intensive.
Empyrion is way better than NMS. But 7 days to die is still the best building survival game, because the enemies actually attack at times and it gives you a reason to play. Ya know, something to survive other than hunger/sickness/freezing. That other game that just popped up on IGG is cool in that regard too.. Gearstorm. But it's super unpolished... At least it has quests though.
I don't think it's fair to compare both games... NMS is about exploration, Empyrion is about building, you can argue that Empyrion also have exploration elements, but it's not the primary focus of the game, the same goes for NMS that also have base building elements...
Yeah, many games like this take ages to be finished, like Project Zomboid... But they're still enjoyable. Last time I tried 7 Days to Die, even if you told me it was completed and wouldn't get any further updates, I would have been satisfied.
100% agree. I mean, the whole development feels kinda aimless and it seems like, the devs have no clue how to finish the game while just changing/adding stuff. But yet, the game is highly enjoayable. Like Minecraft back in the day, before the Dragon. You could sink hours into this game... you don't need a set goal, since you have your own goals. In fact, I've never beaten the Dragon and have no desire to try it, since the whole rest of the game is far more enjoayable (to me). So yeah, I'm happy to just mess around in 7DtD.
Ha ha same! I have never beaten the dragon! 😄 One of the few games which does get better in every new update is Streets of Rogue (one of my favorites, but 6 years in the development), but it was also already very enjoyable years ago. 😄 The developer said he's finally working on a sequel, though, so he understood that at this point, there's not much he can do to improve his game.
Which reminds me now of "Grimoire - Heralds of the Winged Exemplar". ha ha How many years it took again? I think it was around 20... 😄 But the result is not bad at all for turn-based RPG nostalgic fans like me, at least.
I heard the whole story when it came out not-so-long ago. Never had the guts to try it. It seems like an unwieldy and crazy deep game to say the least. Like riding a five legged stallion to the bottom of the grand canyon..
My guess is that the number doesn't indicate how far a game is. They just choose a low number and add to it with every update. So I think, a jump from 0.60 to 1.00 is possible, but they may also fill every single number between it. I mean, look at "Streets of Rogue", they also made it kinda clever. They only have a version number, and since the game is outta the alpha phase, they simply don't add "alpha" to the number. Yet, it's still "Version 88" (or so) and they avoided to have a 0.88, even if the game is finished and they still add stuff.

Dwarf Fortress all over again. Dedication takes time I guess.
