galaxy.gal file is missing -> copy all files from GAL to the main directory and launch again. Average turn based strategy with HUGE amount of lore. Tiring to read it all with those graphics...
If I recall correctly, you also had to mod this to prevent the AI from making way too many cities and thinking it is hot stuff when all it had was just... Cities.
