I can conffirm that this is still embark even after the reupload.
Edit: This is the wrong page. I found the correct ember page. You don't even need to use the torrent for this. Here it is, the correct igg-games link for this game:

I think there's an installation order to follow:
Ember-Codex >> Ember Update 1.03-CODEX >> Ember Update v1.043-CODEX >> Ember Update v1.044.
