I asked for a link. i have already searched and find very limited info on it. there has been something as of these 2 weeks but not much that leads me anywhere
Not sure why nobody is commenting about the fact windows defender found Trojan:Win32/Glupteba!ml through the provided torrent when i am trying to open up setup.exe
Like the Mod said below its a false positive.. But if you read the sites information it tells you this, not only that have you been living under a rock. Or new to torrenting or pirated games? Either way a little reading would give you all the answers ya need.. No need to be another person to ask the same EXACT question all the time. I think I am more concerned for the safety of your PC, and network. If you arent up to speed by now with game torrents ect. Good Luck
Yes hes v respected in our small "community" here.. And that respect is so well deserved! insomnia GIMANIA if you see this: Pls, dont ever stop doin these... VERY helpfull when deciding if to download or not! :)
With all the comments I've approved talking about how disgusting this game is, I just want to say that this game is supposed to be 2.90GB(torrent site), from this DDL site is only 2.25GB which is corrupted, I have already downloaded it and tried to open it, for research that is.
it is not corrupted, i tried the download. Once unzipped, you will have a 2.90GB .iso file. This site uploads compressed files, torrernt site uploads original (uncompressed) files. That's why you see them different sizes ;)
I just confirmed it, the file from http://mega.co.nz is corrupted. I just downloaded the file from http://MegaUp.net which unzipped just fine, then I redownloaded the file from http://mega.co.nz and got the same corrupt error. Edit: Sorry for double posting but if I have edited my previous post, it wouldn't have showed in your notifications and a new message will, in case you already read the old.
No, I'm using 5.40 but that has nothing to do with it for a simple reason, I would have had the same error with the file from megaup and uptobox(I downloaded it a few hours ago and it decompressed just fine like from megaup), I do a lot of compressed download files from meganz in zip, rar, 7z, etc. and haven't had that problem before(maybe a insignificant few times).
Are you downloading the http://mega.nz link? I tried that a few times and that IS indeed corrupted. Use one of the different mirrors, megaup worked for me.
Well I hate to break it to ya.. It works just fine.. A simple file transfer error via your browser, or internet can do this to a compressed file.. And using updated software does make a difference in some cases. Like they stated above.. Its compressed, hence the size difference. I only comment because it bothers me when people like yourself argue about things, they are def wrong about.. I use compression software daily as well... Doesnt make you right lmao. But as I stated its fine.. But off hand if it worked from another download site, why are you making a big deal about it anyway?
I guess I'll have to explain something simple to understand... if you don't have any problem with a specific file downloaded from different places BUT from one place you always download, it happens to be corrupted, not once but twice, aren't you curious to find out why? I was trying to find out if the problem is on my end or if the file got corrupted mid upload/download. Anyways, I found the answer, it is mega it self that tents to corrupt large compressed files from time to time, I'm sure I cannot post the links of that info so just google it.
what a creepy ass model
