It would never work on AGP cards because it uses DirectX 11 which the most recent GPU that uses AGP slots can only use DirectX 9 not further. So even if you card may be able to run this game, unfortunately there is a software compatibility issue regarding the OS and graphic drivers to handle this game's engine.
Until the day when a wrapper able to run DX10-12 games on a DX9 configuration, that will never work unfortunately.
Since i was waiting for this game i've purchased it and the legit version works perfectly fine.
