I don't veel the vibe. maybe because the music and no ambient traffic sound? or i just not into cyber dystopian? Idk i like ghostrunner, whotf im talking too here...
There is a cozyness to that style if you grew up on it. Ghostrunner is probably just more Asian/Japanese then "cyberpunk".
Cyberpunk is largely based on the tech and the look of that Japanese/Hong Kong neon style. But the "Punk" attitude, is more irreverent and western then Asian. Asian is a traditional culture. Its a hybrid of the two.
