You should have these files and folders in the game folder where you start the game, please pay attention to the files size whether match (if not, paste and overwrite it) the photo that shows:
can you upload the emu file to megaup, and share it to me via PM? also, see if you can untick the "read only" option on the games folder! changing certain permissions may resolve this, revoking the games access to change it back. you can also try the DD2 fix of "setting your firewall to block this game at all costs". (ds4w should work fine tho for controller considering you can map keybinds as a controller option).
Really unfortunate that everything has to follow dark souls like and high graphics.
At least it seems like a decent game in itself and better then 9, and they do call it Origin and admit its a total change up to the franchise, and not bsing it and saying its still DW, also did not get "modernized" in other way (like make Dio Chan hate lu bu and go all girl boss and beat him becoming the strongest character and weigh 1000 lbs and look like a man or what have you).
Oh hey it's here. I played the demo a while back and I was SO disappointed in it. Gone are the days of the crazyness and goofyness to be replaced with "realism" and "seriousness", it's such a shame to see this franchise go that route, especially since Capcom REFUSES to bring back the Sengoku Basara series
Agreed, it is unfortunate when developers take a beloved series and turn them into something else entirely - sometimes it can work, but more often than not it does not work at all.

Disable Overlay on configs.overlay.ini on …\DigitalZone\steam_settings. (enable_experimental_overlay=1 to 0) You can activate again the Overlay when DLSS is enabled in-game if you need Achievements or Overlay stuff, instead for FSR work also with Overlay.

Honestly, it depends. If you want the same gameplay style but less seriousness and more lighthearted comedy then I can't recommend Sengoku Basara Samura Heroes enough, either on PS3 or Wii(emulate either). As far as DW games go, I personally tend to prefer the Empires spin off series and for that, 8 is my go to. If you want story however then go for DW 7 Extreme Legends Definitive Edition, that is the one that tells it's story the best and still has all the characters as they should be with their unique weapons and such
Me too, I personally tend to prefer Empires spin off series. However, most of them made me disappointed. I know well the story in the history, I don't care about it much. Gameplay style is what I care the most.
9 was horrible, that's for sure but 8 still retains all the elements I personally enjoy. I still play it from time to time as my usual staff wielding monk character
Thinking back over 10 years ago, i still don't understand why i can read chinese, i can remember the names of weapons, characters,... through chinese characters 🤣 . But now, it would make my head explode lol.
I remember the time where this games would pronounce Cao Cao exactly as it's written, it was always so funny hearing them say that name. I can't read Chinese or Japanese for that matter but I too remember character names, weapons, even historical battlefields like Hu Lao Gate for example. All because of this franchise
I've played through most of the DYNASTY WARRIORS versions (since version 3 if I remember correctly), and in my personal opinion, ORIGINS is the more engaging version, it consumed tons of my time in the past :))
The big problem I have with it is something that has been happening with the series since DW9 where they have been removing all the uniqueness the characters had, all their personality and all their charm. Now the characters are barely distinguishable from one another. They all dress in the same generic ways, they all have generic weapons, they're all generic except they have names. Plus having this game's story, which is a mainline entry, focusing on a new character instead of the massive roster we already have is, in my opinion, a huge mistake.
Yeah, i know we play games in different ways, so it's hard to compare. Honestly, at that time in the past, i played games without caring about the story :)). At that time i simply felt that its fighting style was better, or the number of characters was bigger... or something?? i don't remember clearly. I just remember that i had a fun and happy time with my little brother playing this :D... A long time of fun that i don't even know where it came from. Now it's different, gaming preferences have changed over time.
I always cared about a game's story but in this case which is always the same story, it's more about the characters themselves. It's why my favorite Musou game is, and always will be, Warriors Orochi 3. Because it takes the best elements of both Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors and mixes them together in something truly amazing.

I'm having a weird issue I've never seen before. When I either double click the iso, or right click and select mount, it freezes file explorer and doesn't do anything. Just a spinning circle cursor. I have to end task in task manager.
your hard drive has bad sectors, or maybe your AV is trying to prevent mounting the iso file (since TENOKE uses innosetup, it often gets listed as a false positive).
So i guess the most likely thing is that your hard drive might be unstable. I have encountered this a few times in the past, because i did not provide enough power to the hard drive, and it is quite old, so when "loading" large files, it becomes slow, or freezes. In fact it died after about a year. Hope this is not your case, i have no idea @_@...
Ah, i just thought of it, another way to check, is to go to task manager -> performance, then see if the hard drive is working at 100% while you click to mount the iso file. If you see it seems to not read/write (0%), or works at 100%, then it means the hard drive has a problem
Anyone else have issues with button mapping on xbox controller with this crack? My block and evade buttons are jump and light attack, regardless of what's in the settings

Yes it does matter if it's the deluxe version or not because the deluxe version has 3 day early release, hence why it's here. Besides, Koei NEVER uses Denuvo in their games, they aren't greedy fucks and piracy has nothing to do with it

What you mentioned is a repack, if you have expensive internet, download the repack version. Otherwise, use this one.
Larger compressed size means longer installation time and vice versa. Usually games on this site only take about 1-2 minutes to install.
