Hmm.Wierd,because on Steam it is marked as singleplayer https://store.steampowered.com/app/600460/Dustwind/ (Also in the video-clips they mention solo-play,too).So i guess we have to try out to it know better x),ok it seems it is only missions not campaign.

If you're looking for something similar for single player, try Wasteland 2.
