Fun fact, it's actually free (with no IAPs) on both Android and iPhone if you have a Netflix subscription, along with TMNT: Shredder's Revenge (which is surprisingly fun, highly recommended if you enjoyed Streets of Rage.)
The game its pretty fun, the mechanic of reloading every bullet is interesting and makes you thing about your movements and when to cover and reload or just change the weapon.
The only downside is that there is some bugs, the most frustrating being one that makes the enemy's collision box too narrow, but it happens almost never.
Adiptive and simple, cool if you like fast roguelike games to burn 20 minutes or so for 1 or 2 missions.
