so this is what I did: 1 step- block the game firewall on entry and exit 2 step go to C:\Program Files\Kalypso Media\Dungeos(the game directory) then go to"config" and put the intro like this"Video.showIntro = false"if this doesnt help try to also block fullscreen"Graphic.fullscreen = false" 3 if your pc isnt compatible attemp to do this: go to "dungeons starter" and put to compatible mode if this doesnt work tell me also turn of internet before starting the game it can help you
